Basis des Fahrrads ist der robuste Stahlrahmen mit tiefem Einstieg, der auch Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ein bequemes Auf- und Absteigen erlaubt. Kombiniert mit dem nach hinten gekröpften Citylenker fördert er eine aufrechte Sitzposition, die dich lang ohne Ermüdungserscheinungen radeln lässt. Zudem ermöglicht das aufrechte Sitzen viel Übersicht im Straßenverkehr. Auf dem breiten Komfortsattel nimmst du bequem Platz. Die ergonomisch geformten Griffe mit großer Auflagefläche beugen Taubheitsgefühlen der Hände vor.
Sieben Gänge stecken im Antrieb des Z700. Damit kommst du auf Alltagsstrecken jederzeit gut voran und fährst dank Nabenschaltungs-System sorgenfrei. Die Shimano Nexus Nabenschaltung ist durch ihre abgedichtete Bauweise geschützt vor Korrosion und Schmutz und benötigt daher kaum Wartung. Durch die absolut gerade gespannte Kette wird die Kraft direkt und verlustfrei übertragen.
Starke V-Brakes an beiden Rädern garantieren die nötige Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr. Felgenbremsen stehen für präzise Bremsvorgänge und wartungsarme Bauweise - lediglich die Bremsbeläge müssen ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie abgefahren sind. Aufwändige Ölwechsel wie bei hydraulischen Bremssystemen entfallen komplett!
Das Z700 fährt auf leichtläufigen 700c x 40c Straßenreifen, die dank angepasstem Profil nur so über die Straße gleiten! Der umlaufende Reflexstreifen an beiden Reifen erhöht deine Sichtbarkeit bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen und ist daher ein wichtiger Faktor in puncto Sicherheit. Auf Katzenaugen kann damit auch verzichtet werden. Die Reifen sind auf Aluminium Doublewallfelgen aufgezogen, die durch ihre Hohlkammer-Bauweise leicht federnd wirken und insgesamt verwindungssteif und laufruhig sind.
Die Beleuchtung erhält ihre Energie von einem Nabendynamo am Vorderrad. Vorne sorgt ein Pico LED Scheinwerfer mit 15 Lux Helligkeit dafür, dass du deinen Weg immer gut beleuchten kannst, hinten sichert eine Basta SLIM Rückleuchte. Damit ist das Fahrrad StVZO-konform und kann im Straßenverkehr eingesetzt werden.
Zur Alltagstauglichkeit des Z700 trägt auch die übrige umfangreiche Ausstattung bei. Schutzbleche halten den Straßendreck von dir fern, ein Kettenschutz verhindert Verheddern und ölige Hosenbeine. Auch den Seitenständer möchtest du nicht missen. Für viel Stauraum, etwa für Einkäufe, sorgen der Gepäckträger und der Frontkorb. Der Korb ist mit einem Klicksystem am Lenker befestigt und kann in Sekundenschnelle abgenommen und dank Henkel einfach mitgenommen werden.
Wir empfehlen das Rad mit Rahmengröße 46 cm für Fahrer mit einer Körpergröße zwischen 150 und 170 cm.
Damit es ohne lange Bastelei gleich losgehen kann, werden unsere Fahrräder bereits zu mindestens 98 % vormontiert ausgeliefert.
